Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks an Identity Infrastructure Engineer to join our Washington, DC office or work remotely. You will own the health, integrity, and security of the identity infrastructure, administering Active Directory and ADFS, managing PKI, and supporting hybrid identity across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-team collaboration, and a strong security posture for identity and access management. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Experience designing and managing enterprise PKI environments and certificate lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and security controls within enterprise environments.
• Experience with Azure AD and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on IAM projects and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, ADFS, and related directory services.
• Manage PKI infrastructure, including CA hierarchy, certificate lifecycle, and auditing.
• Ensure the health, integrity, and security of the identity infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Support Azure AD hybrid identity, SSO, and MFA implementations.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams on IAM initiatives and incident response.
