Rockland Trust is seeking an Identity Governance Administration Analyst to govern user access, strengthen security controls, and support IAM governance across business units. You will partner with Information Security, IT Operations, HR, Compliance, and Internal Audit to reduce access-related risk and improve overall posture.

The role focuses on administering and improving the IGA program, RBAC design, SoD controls, provisioning, and governance processes to ensure compliance and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, Cybersecurity, or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, Okta) or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access certification, governance controls, and SoD.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain RBAC models and access governance standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain SoD policies and controls.
• Ensure timely user provisioning and deprovisioning across systems and applications.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements; provide evidence of access controls.
