Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on identity DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with PingIdentity suites (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) and PingFederate.
• Experience with IAM integrations involving Oracle OIM/OAG, Entra, and other IAM products.
• Proficient in scripting and automation with Python and PowerShell.
• Migration experience from PingFederate to PingOne is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IAM platforms, PingIdentity suites (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFederate).
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations, automations, and self-service identity workflows.
• Improve logging, monitoring, and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Collaborate with security teams to expand PingOne Protect and tune threat detection triggers.
• Support platform upgrades, resiliency, and federated trust across hybrid and cloud environments.
