Job summary

Davis Unlimited Information Technologies (DUIT) is seeking an Identity Data and Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support an identity governance modernization project at a large public university in Oregon.

You will reconcile identity records, build data quality reports and scorecards, and document requirements from stakeholder workshops. This role emphasizes data clarity, traceability, and WCAG-aligned deliverables.

• Help draft and format deliverables to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Qualifications You Will Bring:

• Minimum Required:
  • 3+ years as a business, data, or systems analyst, ideally on IAM, HR, or student systems projects.
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI or a similar tool.
  • Clear writing and experience running requirements sessions.

Preferred

• Experience in higher education or with Workday, PeopleSoft, or Entra ID data.
• Familiarity with accessible document authoring.
