An established industry player is seeking an experienced Identity Consultant to join their Defense Division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive background in identity management and ICAM solutions to support critical cloud services for the Defense Enterprise Office Solution. Your expertise will guide the Program Management Office in areas such as cybersecurity, risk management, and identity lifecycle management. Join General Dynamic Information Technology’s (GDIT’s) Defense Division to provide support for the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) Cloud Service Offering contract. Work as part of the ICAM team alongside engineers, consultants, managers and vendors to ensure successful authentication and authorization to Office 365 and other services.
Provide identity management and program management consultative support to the Program Management Office (PMO) in areas to include processes, procurement and logistics, configuration and lifecycle management, cybersecurity and risk management, organizational structure, architecture, metrics, integration and onboarding as well as drafting and reviewing memoranda, briefings, and reports related to these topics.
Be an active participant, providing thought leadership, in meetings to include those with Government representatives and their stakeholders to discuss the status of the program, identify and review operational requirements, and conduct technical exchanges to support system development and integration activities, as well as the sustainment of the operational capabilities and customer outreach and engagement. Lead client facing engagements (Consultancy assessments or workshops, presentations, scoping and analysis).
How an Identity Consultant will make an impact:
Leverage experience with installation, deployment and configuration of ICAM tools and solutions to provide consultative support to the PMO.
Provide guidance to the team during investigation, analysis and resolution of customer ICAM issues.
Demonstrate experience scoping and defining Identity lifecycle management concepts and processes associated with Identity and Access Management tools and solutions in areas such as: Identity Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, Role Based Access Controls, Device Management & Identity syncing.
Provide insight in establishing network and conditional access configurations that enable controlled network access to services in on premises and cloud environments.
What you’ll need to succeed (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience required. An additional 4 years of related technical experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Active Secret security clearance required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing ICAM services in a large-scale environment.
Experience working with DoD and enterprise PKI and directory architecture.
Identity Management and Authentication/Authorization integration leadership experience (e.g. Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKI, directory synchronization, identity federation, etc.) using products from vendors such as Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, and Radiant Logic.
Consultancy & IT Security experience required.

Salary and Benefit Information:
The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
