What You’ll Contribute

The Information Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security technologies and infrastructure that protect the organization’s information assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lifecycle Management : Oversee identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.

  • Access Certification : Support quarterly access reviews across business units.

  • Entitlement Governance : Maintain AD groups, roles, and entitlement structures for compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Incident Response : Address access-related incidents such as account lockouts and password resets

  • Application Onboarding: Applications once purchased need to be evaluated by IAM to determine how to collect their user management data and eventually be given to the IGA platform.

  • Application Subject Matter Expert: IAM Operations team members are asked to learn applications that have more manual IAM processes and keep the team aware of changes in provisioning as well update documentation.

  • Litigation and Privileged Access Reviews: Sensitive data and access are reviewed on a regular basis and require constant upkeep as well as fielding questions from different forms of the business.

  • Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and other teams to implement and maintain security controls and processes.

What You Have

Minimum education, skills, and experience.

  • Solid understanding of information security principles, practices, technologies, and standards.

  • Familiarity with risk management methodologies and frameworks.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Active Directory

  • EntraAD

  • PowerShell

  • Excel at an intermediate level (VLOOKUP, comparisons, basic macros and functions)

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.

  • 5 years of experience in information security, with demonstrated experience in managing security operations and projects.
