Job summary

AirLife seeks an experienced Security Engineer focused on Identity, Access Management & Detection to design, implement, and operate IAM across their global environment. This role partners with Arctic Wolf to detect and respond to identity-based threats while maintaining Zero Trust alignment.

Requirements include 4–8 years in IT with 3+ years in cybersecurity/IAM, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and up to 20% travel. On-site in AZ with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve AirLife's IAM architecture and access controls.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory services, including GPOs and hybrid identity.
• Administer and optimize Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication platforms (Cisco Duo, Entra ID).
• Develop and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) controls.
• Coordinate with Arctic Wolf to tune identity-based security alerts and assist in incident response.
• Monitor security alerts from endpoints, SIEM, and identity platforms; refine detection with MDR/MSSP.
• Maintain IAM documentation, configurations, and runbooks.
