Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank seeks an Identity and Access Management Specialist to implement and administer SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. You will develop onboarding processes for applications, build workflows for user lifecycle management, and create reporting mechanisms for identity and access management tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud administration.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, PCI, CIS, ISO.
• Experience coding and implementing SailPoint connectors, out of the box and custom.
• SailPoint certifications preferred; IT/security certifications a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Identity and Access Management Specialist will be responsible for implementation and administration of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud including dependent systems and applications. This will consist of developing processes for onboarding applications, creating workflows for user lifecycle management, and building report mechanisms for identity and access management processes. Will work as part of a team to manage application access roles and permissions, with a focus on automation through SailPoint integration.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred.
• Must have minimum 3 years' experience with administration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, working in a large complex environment.
• Must have experience with security frameworks such as NIST, PCI, CIS, and ISO.
• Must have experience coding and implementing SailPoint connectors, out of the box and custom.
• SailPoint certifications preferred, all Information Security and IT related certifications considered a plus.
• Must possess good communication skills, verbal and written, with an ability to explain technical ideas.
