Job summary

Acrisure LLC is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to advance our IAM initiatives within a Zero Trust framework. You will design, implement, and support IAM solutions, including PAM and IGA, across hybrid environments. Strong scripting and cloud IAM experience are essential.

Responsibilities include deploying PAM tools, integrating IGA platforms, and building automation to streamline provisioning, access reviews, and compliance reporting. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years hands-on IAM experience.
• Experience with compliance standards such as NYDFS, HIPAA, or NIST.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and IAM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions focusing on CIAM, PAM and IGA.
• Deploy and manage PAM tools (Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Integrate IGA platforms (Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt) for lifecycle management and access reviews.
• Develop automation to streamline provisioning, de-provisioning, and compliance reporting.
• Connect IAM with HR, ITSM, AD/LDAP, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
