Department Summary
The UCLA Information Security Office enables UCLA’s goals by providing leadership to assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information resources. The office manages incident response, risk assessment, and implements security measures across administrative, technical, and physical domains. Identity and Access Management (IAM) supports university operations through account lifecycle management, authentication, access control, and role-based provisioning, ensuring rigorous regulation of entitlements and auditing of identities.
Position Summary
The IAM Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and support of IAM data, processes, and technologies. Responsibilities include working with university departments and vendors to ensure quality, standards, and security of identity data, supporting automation, testing new software, and producing documentation. The role aims to protect university data and support academic and research missions by delivering high-quality IAM services to faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders.
