Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for a remote role based in Poland. You will join the Cyber Security team and support governance, onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across identity types.

You will help advance identity verification, passwordless authentication, MFA, and credential management initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IAM standards adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IAM governance, strategy, and advisory functions, with knowledge of IAM standards, nonhuman identity, authentication technologies, and Identity Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management systems and ITSM platforms.

• Analyse IAM processes and data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

The Job:

• Proven experience in similar positions.

• Experience supporting IAM governance, strategy, and advisory functions, with knowledge of IAM standards, nonhuman identity, authentication technologies, and Identity Management Systems (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory).

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management systems (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), IT Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and strong analytical and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

Salary Range: 154 000 - 247800 PLN gross annually.
