You will develop processes, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and collaborate with departments to provide reliable services. The role requires CDL with passenger endorsement, 1 year of experience, and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement required; air brake endorsement preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of driving/transportation experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience transporting individuals or groups preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage transportation processes and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in transportation operations.
• Foster a positive environment for individuals served.
• Lead service efforts to increase reliability and reduce transit time.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
