Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Coordinator in Wichita Falls, TX to support IDD Authority Services under the Director. The role involves enabling access to medical, social, educational, and other essential services for both adults and children, including multiple waivers.

The position requires crisis management, advocacy, documentation, and consistent coordination with schools and providers. Occasional travel across counties is expected, with a trauma-informed approach guiding all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a social, behavioral, or human service field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable for vehicle use.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to eligible individuals to access medical, social, educational, and other needed services.
• Engage in crisis prevention, assessment, monitoring, advocacy, and collaboration with providers.
• Attend ARD meetings and travel within Archer, Clay, and Wichita Counties as needed.
