Job summary

Independent Living Systems, llc is seeking a Provider Relations Account Executive (IDD) in Ocala, FL, to build and maintain a robust IDD provider network. The role focuses on relationship management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight to align networks with organizational goals and ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in provider relations, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with contracts, working with cross-functional teams to improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health admin/business/social work.
• 3+ years in provider relations or account management.
• Knowledge of IDD services and regulatory environments.
• Experience with contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with IDD providers to ensure network adequacy and quality standards.
• Facilitate development, negotiation, and execution of provider contracts.
• Monitor provider performance and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned providers and coordinate with departments to address inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Maintain records of provider interactions and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with care management, compliance, and finance to support initiatives.
• Ensure high provider satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
