Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assess health needs, coordinate preventive care, document care, and support licensed staff.

This role requires an active RN license, with BSN preferred, strong teamwork with the Interdisciplinary Team, and CPR certification. 1st shift, regular type, $72,000-$75,000 annually plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program; BSN preferred but not required.
• Current registered nurse license with no restrictions.
• CPR certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Observe, assess, and evaluate health needs of people we support.
• Coordinate preventive and routine medical care for people supported.
• Document nursing care provided.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and med techs as needed.
• Assist with educational programs and training for new staff.
• Promote safety and environmental practices.
