Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is seeking a manager to lead a team of supervisors and mental health case managers. You will ensure up-to-date treatment plans, coordinate services, and provide data to support program success across regions.

The role requires driving across the state, extensive collaboration with case management and psychiatric teams, and training staff on mental health interventions while maintaining high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or counseling or related field.
• Experience in community-based case management or social services.
• Experience creating mental health treatment plans; managerial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the state.
• Experience working with the developmental disabilities population.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors and mental health case managers with guidance and supervision.
• Maintain comprehensive progress notes and ongoing communication regarding client changes and status.
• Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Oversee the coordination of mental health services with case management and psychiatric services.
• Provide outcome data for all communication and interventions to support program success and address barriers.
• Provide staff training on mental health topics and interventions.
• Provide case management services in community settings.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure narratives meet clinical standards and support medical necessity.
• Liaise with local developmental disabilities providers to problem solve and address issues.”],
