Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic routine preventive medical care to the people we serve. As an LPN you will administer and monitor medications, conduct nursing assessments, and participate in each individual’s person-centered plan to help them reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered LPN license.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and CPR certification.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care.
• Administer prescribed medications and remove expired meds.
• Record vital signs and update medical records.
• Support individuals through person-centered plans.
• Collaborate with RN and other staff to deliver nursing services.
