Job summary

SOUND Behavioral Health is seeking an IDD clinician in Seattle, WA to support youth with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illness. The role involves case management, treatment planning, and collaboration with a clinical team to promote independence in the community.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of clinical experience; travel within North King and Snohomish counties is required, with a 40-hour work week and flexible hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling-related field.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services and coordinates referrals for clients.
• Develops treatment plans and maintains clinical records.
• Prepares reports and progress notes; updates clinical records.
• Performs consultations and liaison duties with other agencies.
• Assists clients to remain stable in the community and monitors outcomes.
• Monitors medications and treatment adherence; participates in team meetings.
• Participates in program development and cross-systems planning.
