Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Support Worker to assist individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disability in daily activities and community outings. The role requires compassionate care, careful documentation, and a collaborative team approach.

You will support with personal care, transport, meal preparation, and routine tasks while documenting progress in Carelogic and completing Relias trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Computer skills, Organizational and teaching skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals to outings, appointments, and community activities.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, and dressing.
• Document in Carelogic daily and complete the note by shift end.
• Complete trainings in Relias.
• Work as a team player and participate in staff meetings.
