Qualifications

High school Diploma/ Official Transcripts
Current Illinois LPN license
Good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

Provide nursing coverage (on a 24/7 basis) for facility on assigned shift.
Dispense physician-ordered medications; perform assessments; respond to emergency situations.
Communicate concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration.
Work with the medical team to ensure high-quality care for residents.
