Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly or similar precision manufacturing experience.
• Experience assembling and testing dynamic electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail with quality and safety.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures and work instructions to assemble IDCAs.
• Perform basic assembly, handling, and inspection tasks under supervision.
• Participate in training for dewar assembly processes and related manufacturing procedures.
• Conduct incoming inspection of components using standard measurement tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanroom standards, including adherence to FOD and ESD protocols.
• Identify and report defects, nonconformances, and process issues to engineering or supervision.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate results and observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
