Pacific Life is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives across the enterprise. You will shape PAM strategy, roadmaps, and architecture, collaborating with IT leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with regulatory requirements.

We’re actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and capabilities required to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications. In this role, you will assist with the development of the PAM strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with IT leaders, technologists and support staff to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the PAM products and capabilities showing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency.
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$167,670.00 - $204,930.00
