Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure or eligibility for Idaho licensure.
• Progressive nursing experience.
• Leadership experience as a nurse manager, supervisor, house supervisor, director, or comparable nursing leader.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting staffing, scheduling, employee development, or nursing operations.
• Knowledge of quality, patient safety, regulatory requirements, and nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily leadership and support to nursing teams.
• Overseeing staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and nursing operations.
• Supporting safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing nurses and nursing supervisors.
• Strengthening employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Responding to staffing concerns, clinical issues, and operational challenges.
• Supporting orientation, education, competency, and professional development.
• Collaborating with physicians, executives, department leaders, and support services.
• Monitoring quality, safety, documentation, and patient-care standards.
• Developing and maintaining nursing policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Supporting regulatory readiness, surveys, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Participating in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
