THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of having excellent time management skills, effective communication abilities, customer service experience, and must be able to pass a background check.

• Comfortable working at the project site in Lancaster, CA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

• Manage and filing system.
• Issue and verify IDs for facilities access.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Properly route agreements, contracts and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in administrative activities as needed to ensure all input is accurate, compliant and timely.
• Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide assistance to personnel, staff, or clients alike.
