Job summary

Atlanta ID Group PC is seeking an infectious disease physician to join a well-established practice affiliated with a large urban tertiary care center in Atlanta. This position is 100% ID consulting, including HIV, HCV, infusion services, wound care, with shared equal coverage among other group physicians at Piedmont hospitals.

The group notes abundant outpatient referrals and a growing inpatient and outpatient practice.

Qualifications

• Infectious disease practice with HIV, HCV, general ID, infusion services, wound care.
• Interest in infection control is an asset.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% ID consulting across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in infusion services and wound care as part of the ID program.
• Coordinate patient referrals with Piedmont hospitals and other group physicians.
