Job summary

Connections in Ohio, Inc. is seeking an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Team Leader to oversee training, staffing, and operations of one to two sites. You will build a team of direct support professionals to provide exceptional services and supervise on-call rotations.

The role requires working nights and weekends with a starting wage of $22.50 per hour, and a Team Leader in Training wage of $21.50 per hour. Benefits include paid leave, health benefits, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of teams in care settings.
• Experience coordinating teams and on-call scheduling.
• Knowledge of payroll and staff management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a well-run team of direct support professionals.
• Manage 24/7 on-call responsibilities for multiple homes with rotating weekends.
• Ensure staffing, payroll, and financial management for each home.
• Provide direct support to individuals served.
• Train DSPs on individual support plans and ensure plan adherence.
• Oversee employee training, staffing, and certifications per company policies.
• Address policy and performance issues and complete evaluations.
