WESTERN TIDEWATER MENTAL CTR in Suffolk, Virginia is seeking a Full-Time ID/DD Case Manager to provide direct assessments and assist consumers and families with intellectual and developmental disorders. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field and at least one year of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with major course experience in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• One year of clinical experience in a Human Services field is mandatory.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery through contacts and visits.
• Manage consumer records according to Licensure and Medicaid standards.
