Job summary

University Health’s UH Lakewood Medical Center in Kansas City, MO seeks a Unit Coordinator for the ICU. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, five days a week, and centers on keeping the department’s administrative operations organized and efficient.

You will handle requests, support staff, patients and visitors, and maintain spreadsheets and logs. You’ll craft reports that turn data into actionable insights and assist the Department Director and Clinical Team Manager in daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
