Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice RN program seeks an experienced ICU RN for per diem night shifts in Boise, ID. RNs float across hospital locations to provide flexible coverage for short- and long-term assignments within the health system.

Candidates must hold an RN license and have 18+ months of Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience (2+ years for critical areas). Credentials such as ACLS, TNCC, and PALS are required; BLS/ACLS/PALS through the American Heart Association are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience.
• 2+ years for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED or Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or regions as needed.
• Apply standard nursing processes: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Delegate and be accountable for outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Engage in new ideas and adapt to changing priorities.
