Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night-shift stepdown/ICCU position in Winston-Salem, NC. Requires NC or Compact license, 2+ years of RN experience, and proficiency with vasoactive drips, telemetry, and dysrhythmia management.

Unit details include a 20-bed ICU stepdown with 1:3–4 patient ratio, 3x12 night shifts, and floating to a sister ICCU unit as needed. Epic and Pyxis experience preferred; hospital orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• Experience with arterial line management and titrating vasoactive/cardiac drips required.
• Telemetry units and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience preferred.
• Epic charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU stepdown/ICCU care with 1:3–4 patient ratio.
• Manage vasoactive drips and telemetry monitoring.
• Work 12-hour nights on a 3x12 schedule, with every-other weekend.
• Floats to sister ICCU unit as needed; block scheduling may not be used.
