Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced RN to join our travel ICU team in Carlsbad, NM. This 13-week assignment offers night shifts from 7p to 7a and requires ICU expertise, ventilator management, high-flow/BiPAP, vasoactive meds, rhythm interpretation, and ABCDEF bundle adherence.

ACLS and BLS are required; TNCC is preferred. NM license is mandatory. You will float to ER and MS as needed; MedHost is the EMR.

Qualifications

• ICU RN with 2+ years of ICU experience required.
• ACLS and BLS required; TNCC preferred.
• NM license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for ICU patients on nights.
• Ventilator management and monitoring.
• Administer vasoactive medications and interpret rhythms.
• Adhere to ABCDEF bundles and advanced disease protocols.
• Float to ER and MS as needed.
