Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel ICU RN to join the Roswell, New Mexico team on a 13-week day-shift assignment. The role requires ICU expertise, flexibility to float to Step-Down and MS units, and participation in call rotations while delivering high-quality critical care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including ICU experience.
• Willingness to float to Step-Down and Medical-Surgical units as needed.
• Must be able to meet call requirements and work day shift.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Float to Step-Down and MS units as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
