Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 12-week assignment in Lufkin, Texas. The RN will provide critical care in a high-acuity ICU, monitor patients, administer complex therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

A valid RN license, BLS and ACLS are required; one year ICU experience is needed. Preference for CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and recovery.
