MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for ICU - Intensive Care Unit in Scranton, PA. Start date 10/05/2026 for a 13-week assignment, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Travel employment through MedPro, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency. The role requires an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 18 months of recent Acute Care ICU experience, with additional client-specific requirements to be

Qualifications

Active RN License
Degree from accredited nursing program
BLS & ACLS Certification
Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

Provide patient care and education to patients and families
Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes)
Observe vital signs for signs of distress
Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed
Meticulous documentation of medication administration
Assist in emergency nursing procedures for prompt changes in condition
Perform CPR accurately and effectively
