Qualifikationen

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• At least 1 year ICU experience with neuro cases preferred.
• Neuro ICU experience and critical care skills encouraged.
• Compact license accepted; valid state license required.
• Willingness to float between units as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients during night shifts.
• Manage neuro, medical and cardiac ICU patients and procedures.
• Ventilator, arterial line, and hemodynamic monitoring support.
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety standards.
