Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified ICU/RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Dayton, Ohio (45409). The ICU RN will deliver critical care, monitor life-support systems, administer advanced therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

This travel role offers nightly shifts, competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,822 to $1,938, and a benefits package with first-day insurance, licensure reimbursement, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience or equivalent in critical care settings.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes.
• Administer complex medications and therapies in line with ICU protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity environments.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately for continuity of care.
