Job summary

TravelNurseSource, in partnership with Concentric Healthcare Staffing, seeks an ICU/CCU Travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Dickson, TN. Night shifts are 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 36-hour week with every-other weekend, in a 6-bed ICU with diverse critical care needs.

Required two years ICU experience with TN RN (or compact) license; ACLS/PALS/BLS; Meditech familiarity; Arctic Sun and EEG exposure welcomed. Competitive weekly pay details available with travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Night shift travel assignment: 13 weeks in Dickson TN (travel)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with patient ratios of 2:1 (and some 1:1/3:1)
• Perform and assist with central line placements, arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation
• Operate and monitor Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG systems
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech
• Float to the ICU overflow unit as needed per facility policy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurse techs to deliver high-quality critical care
