Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. This 6-week contract pays $2,338 per week on a Days shift (3x12).

As the ICU RN on assignment, you will care for critically ill patients on continuous monitoring and respond quickly to deterioration with the critical care team. Travel clinicians receive streamlined credentialing, free license support/renewals, and Day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Active New York RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients requiring continuous hemodynamic monitoring and frequent reassessment.
• Titrate vasoactive and other high-alert drips as ordered and per protocol.
• Care for mechanically ventilated patients and manage critical care devices including arterial and central lines.
• Respond to clinical deterioration and participate in codes and rapid responses.

Job description

This ICU travel nurse position in Albany, New York, with Advantis Medical is a 6-week Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Albany Medical Center. This role pays $2,338 per week and follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule.

As the ICU registered nurse on this assignment, you'll care for critically ill patients on continuous monitoring, titrate critical infusions as ordered, manage ventilated patients, and act immediately on signs of deterioration with the critical care team.
