Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in New York with a BSN.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to plan patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families about health status and care plan.
• Maintain nursing standards and comply with NYS Nurse Practice Act.
• Support unit throughput and participate in quality initiatives.
