Overview

The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Helena, MT to hire a Telemetry Technician for the ICU and telemetry unit. This role monitors cardiac rhythms, interprets telemetry data, and documents patient heart activity while supporting nursing and physician teams.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms (e.g., NSR, SB, SVT, A-Fib, VT) and document in patient records
  • Respond to telemetry alarms and notify nurses/physicians as needed
  • Set up, maintain, and clean telemetry equipment according to protocols
  • Assist with room stocking, supplies, and patient information documentation
  • Support safe patient care, follow HIPAA, and adhere to hospital policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification required within 6 months
