Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with patients, families and the care team.
• Communicate patient condition changes with Physicians, Supervisors/Managers and co-workers.
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination.
