Job summary

Requirements: Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as applicable, and a minimum of one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets mandatory competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit.
• Florida RN license or valid eNLC license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required for some areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced nursing care for high-acuity patients and complex therapies.
• Monitors equipment and records relevant data from monitors and devices.
• Responds to life-saving situations and follows physician guidance when available.
• Assesses patients and develops individualized care plans; evaluates progress.
• Collaborates with medical staff and supports nursing leadership.
