Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU care to perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement evidence-based interventions in alignment with organizational policies.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, a minimum of one year of RN experience, and current RN licensure in Missouri or a compact license. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care strategies.
• Ensuring a safe environment and maintaining current clinical knowledge.
• Communicating effectively and integrating best evidence into practice.
• Applying age-specific and clinical needs in critical care nursing.
