Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts in our long-term acute care setting. The role includes direct and indirect patient care, collaboration with physicians and the care team, and support for complex patients including those on ventilation and ICU-level care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Oklahoma RN Licensure.
• Acute care experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
• Communicate with physicians and care team about changes in patient condition.
• Assist with sedation/pain management and monitoring as needed.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties with adequate supervision.
