• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately and maintain accountability.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process.
• Document nursing interventions accurately and timely in patient records.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards of practice.
