Job summary

Advocate Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Weekend Program Days, covering Saturday and Sunday shifts. You’ll join our One Advocate Nurse community, delivering high-quality care and contributing to a culture of compassion, innovation, and inclusive excellence.

Based in the CVICU 7T unit, you’ll care for post-surgical patients in a high-acuity environment, using evidence-based practice and teamwork to ensure optimal outcomes and patient experience. Weekend differential applies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making while collaborating to create the safest patient environment and best experience.
