Mercy is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care in Missouri. The role utilizes the nursing process to deliver care and coordinate with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality in all aspects of practice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professional accountability for the care provided and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by colleagues while aligning with Mercy standards and mission.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
