Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining RN licensure in Ohio to work in the Critical Care/ICU/PCU/Step Down specialty areas. This contract position requires 1 year of RN experience and familiarity with ventilator and trach care.

The role focuses on delivering direct patient care in high-acuity units, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as an RN in critical care settings.
• Experience in Long Term Acute Care or Critical Care/ICU/PCU/Step Down.
• Current RN license in state of practice (OH).
• Must have ventilator and trach experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in Critical Care/ICU/PCU/Step Down units.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop and execute care plans.
• Monitor patient status and document assessments, interventions and outcomes.
