Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high- acuity 18-bed unit, coordinating nursing care and patient education. The RN will support transitions of care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days/evenings/nights/holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient education across the care continuum.
• Provide direct patient care and support transitions of care.
• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary team efforts to support Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model.
• May be required to drive a personal vehicle for role responsibilities.
