Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week assignment on nights in Gardner, MA. The role requires telemetry experience and a current RN license, with ACLS (or BLS + ACLS within 60 days) and a preference for CCRN. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience is needed, with ICU experience strongly preferred to support complex patient care.

Responsibilities include ongoing assessment, care planning, medication management, and thorough documentation, with collaboration in multi-disciplinary rounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current RN license required.
• ACLS upon hire or active BLS with ACLS within 60 days of hire; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess nursing interventions, plans of care, and patient goals.
• Provide patient care per standards of care, protocols, and policies.
• Document thoroughly and timely; ensure continuity of care across teams.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions and emergencies; participate in rounds.
